Questionnaire

Dear Librarian,

Below you will find a form to update key pieces of information regarding your library for the upcoming 25th edition of World Guide to Libraries, scheduled for publication in November 2010.

Even when no changes to the data sent to you by mail are necessary, we would appreciate the return of this questionnaire.

Please always fill in the following mandatory fields, even if no changes are necessary:

  • Name of the library
  • Country
  • City
  • Library type

In the rest of the questionnaire, please fill in only those fields, where changes have occurred.

If possible, please fill in the ID code of your library located in the top right of your questionnaire.

Of course you can also fill in this form if you haven’t received a questionnaire.

You are welcome to send us corrections anytime throughout the year. Don’t hesitate to contact us by e-mail at wgtl@degruyter.com if you have any questions.

Please note that your library is listed in World Guide to Libraries free-of-charge. You can request ordering information at the end of this document.
